I work to help my clients

  • Make contact and befriend their feelings and inner world.

  • Experience the peace and wonder of silence, with skills of listening, communication, and self-empowerment.

  • Feel connected to themselves and their bodies.

  • Awaken underutilized and under practiced perceptual skills and sensitivities.

  • Develop mindfulness skills to change their relationship with their thinking mind.
